This marvellous mixology takes place at a rock music bar and is available for groups of 6 or more people, including stag and hen parties or corporate team-building events.

After a Sex On The Beach cocktail for each person to get you in the mood, your entertaining bartender will teach you about the history of cocktail making and show you 5 different techniques, preparing 1 or 2 cocktails with each:

- Build: Hurricane
- Muddle: Strawberry Basil Lemonade
- Shake & Strain: Fresh Rita
- Frozen: Piña Colada
- Shaken: Big Kabluna

You get to taste each of the professional cocktail creations and, after that, divide into teams and compete as you choose a cocktail to make yourselves and judge which is the best.

At the end of the class you get a certificate and can pick a graduation cocktail to have to yourself too.

If all the shaking is likely to make you hungry then add lunch/dinner too.
