The clinic will notify you by SMS text and/or email when your results are ready and you can then download certificate for travel in English, Spanish and German, with a QR code. (In case you don't get the notification for any reason, don't worry, you can still check for your results at any time using the code the clinic gives you and the link in your E-ticket.)
We provide a booking service and we recommend you plan ahead and make the appointment at least 10 days before your return flight departs, to guarantee getting an appointment at a time and date that will work for you.
Depending on the requirements of your destination country, we offer 4 options: Rapid Antigen tests (1 hour results); Standard PCR tests (24-36 hour results); Rapid PCR tests (1 hour results); and Combined Antigen and PCR tests 1 hour and 24-36 hour results).
We always recommend booking in advance and leaving as much time as possible between the test and the flight, but, if you have no other option, the rapid tests are quick enough to do on the way to Alicante airport if necessary. If you have to do this, please allow plenty of time to receive the results before passing through security at the airport. We recommend giving yourself at least an hour extra in case you have any phone/internet problems, etc.
All tests meet performance standards of ≥97% specificity ≥80% sensitivity, in viral loads over 100,000 copies per millilitre.

Qualified medical staff use a nose swab (nasopharyngeal) to collect the sample, it is then analysed at the clinic's own labs and you will be notified when the result is ready (negative, positive or inconclusive) by SMS text and/or email.
For the Rapid PCR test you pay in full to reserve (administration fee and test cost) and for the other tests you just pay the administration fee to book, and then you pay for the test cost on arrival to the clinic. We will then send you a detailed E-ticket with all the important information you need to know in clear English. (For the Rapid PCR tests we will also contact you for some extra details, such as your date of birth, before sending the E-ticket, this will save time at the clinic.)
The COVID test itself only takes a few minutes but you should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check-in and pay. The test itself only takes a few minutes but plan to be at the clinic for about 20-40 minutes in total (including check-in time).

Face masks must be worn inside the clinic and you must wash or sanitise your hands when entering and as otherwise instructed by clinic staff.

Carefully reconfirm your full name and date of birth with the clinic staff to make sure they appear correctly on your result, otherwise your airline may not accept it.

If you don't receive the results in the advertised time you must contact the clinic, their contact details will be on your confirmation email.
