Enjoy the peace and tranquility of Albufera nature reserve on this half-day tour, accompanied by your professional guide.
Located some 20 kilometres south of Valencia, this tour is a must for nature lovers.
Travelling to Albufera in the comfort of private transport, you will be treated to a short tour of the rice paddies found on the surrounding wetlands of Albufera Lake, before heading to El Palmar village where you will begin your boat trip on the largest freshwater lake in Spain.
Albufera is a haven for migratory birds, and you will be treated to an array of birdwatching opportunities. During your trip on the lake, you will visit a barraca, traditional high-peaked thatched farmers cottages, whose design dates back hundreds of years.
Following your boat tour, choose to conclude your trip with a meal in a local restaurant, or return to the city to visit the Fallero Museum, where you can see (ninots) puppets saved from burning in the famous Las Fallas which date back to 1936.
