A British seasonal tradition is back in Valencia again, this Christmas, with the Sleeping Beauty pantomime playing for two days in December.
Producers promise an all-singing, all-dancing spectacular, filled with sparkling sets, fabulous costumes, and plenty of magical pantomime moments.
Pantomimes - or pantos - are musical comedy stage productions suitable for all the family and particularly popular at Christmas in the United Kingdom.
Creative director of the show, Cameron Hall, said it will be a "magical theatre experience filled with laughter and wonder, leaving the whole family with festive cheer".
His theatre company, BCC Productions, has already performed two seasons of pantos in Valencia, with Jack and the Beanstalk and Aladdin selling out in previous years.
This year, on 14 and 15 December at the Patio de Butacas theatre close to the city centre, you'll be able join Princess Beauty as she navigates an evil curse, a mischievous fairy, and a whole lot of comedy chaos on her quest to wake up to her happily ever after.
There is even a one-off relaxed performance available, perfect for families with children or adults with additional needs, with adjusted lighting, softer sound, and a friendly, inclusive environment.
