Over 8 million passengers flew through Valencia Airport in 2022, just 5% off the record set in 2019.
The passenger information figures announced today by the airport operator, AENA, demonstrate that tourism in the city has almost recovered to pre-pandemic levels and Valencia is retaining its place as a top European destination
Out of the international passengers, 1,077,293 came from Italy, followed by Germany with 707,060, the United Kingdom with 689,400, France 675,408, The Netherlands 633,563 and Belgium 308,425.
